Are the robots coming for me now? 💀

Seriously though. I can't be alone in this.

There is literally ZERO part of me interested in outsourcing the most creative parts of my business to a shitty tool called Brenda.

The psychotic self-expression and being so obnoxio

The psychotic self-expression and being so obnoxiously yourself that your followers are literally incapable of forgetting about your work doesn't come from reinventing the wheel or over-strategizing every move.

It truly doesn't have to be that complicated.

The aim of the game is connection and giving people a bit of insight as to what they can expect when they say yes to working with you.

It's not that deep, so stop being weird about it.

And post more Buffy memes.

(I will also accept GIFs in the genre of Dean Winchester or Jamie Fraser as an alternative.)

Oh, and if you want to spend the next 8 months being feral and getting paid for it, we should talk about the UNHINGED mastermind.

DM me "unhinged" and I'll send you more info.

And I am HOOKED.

The pining. The tension. The chemistry. It has me gagged.

I love love so romances are always a fun time but this one? Can't even put it into words.

10/10 convinced it's going to rip my heart out and leave me sobbing.

As a somewhat related aside, today I recorded a podcast interview with fellow book lover @onlinedrea - keep your eye out for the link, you don't want to miss this one!

Every time I drop one of these on a call and I can see minds blown across the zoom room I'm floored.

I genuinely think these should be the absolute baseline from your business coach...

I can't speak for the rest of the industry (and tbh I wouldn't fucking want to) but I can promise you one thing:

When you choose to work with me - in any capacity - you get someone who actually gives a shit.

If you're curious about what that could look like, send me the fire emoji and I'll be in touch 🔥

BEHIND THE SCENES AT DAIRE HQ So as you guys know

BEHIND THE SCENES AT DAIRE HQ

So as you guys know (if you've been paying attention) I'm in the middle of launching a new mastermind space called Unhinged.

It's iconic. That goes without saying.

AND I've noticed myself feeling a bit sticky about the price point.

Not because I don't think it's worth it. Not because I don't think people will pay. Not for any tangible reason at all.

It was just a feeling. A nudge.

But I'm always going to listen to those intuitive hits, even when they don't make sense on paper...

So a couple of days ago, I adjusted the pricing. (And by "adjusted" I mean I slashed it almost in half.)

While I felt a visceral weight lift the moment I made that decision, the next step felt a bit gross - actually communicating that change publicly.

Would people think I'm desperate?
Would they think I'm only doing it because it's not selling?
Would they think I'm a total failure and in no position to be coaching anyone on business?

Maybe, but also, I can't let that stop me.

Would it be better to grit my teeth and keep selling something at a price that makes me feel weird and uncomfortable or suffer 30 seconds of imaginary embarrassment?

(The latter, just to be clear.)

Changing your mind in front of other people can feel like the ultimate sin but in reality it's not that deep.

If anything, it serves as a huge cosmic permission slip, reminding people that they get to change their minds too. They get to trust their guts and do the thing that feels right.

And if you're curious, the responses I got when I shared this update with people I was in sales conversations with:

"It's inspiring how up front about this you are"

"Such a brave move"

"Ooooh thank you"

"Oh my god, now I'm definitely in!"

And then 2 people immediately signed up.

The results speak for themselves.

🤷‍♀️

I've opened up a handful of free strategy sessions for those of you who are curious about the membership and would love for me to lay out some unhinged ways for you to lock in more revenue by the end of the year.

DM me "nailed it" to book a slot.

Throw a new pen into the mix and I'm swooning 😅

If you're making decisions about what to sell base

If you're making decisions about what to sell based on intrusive thoughts like:

"I should have a high ticket option, it'll be so much easier to hit my income goals"

OR

"I need something that's an easier yes and just more accessible"

We need to have a word.

You are making strategic choices about your business based on the assumptions you have about how other people will react to your pricing and that's a "foundation of sand" if ever I've seen one.

If you are wanting this business to stand the test of time, you need to be thinking harder about the function of every asset that you create.

Assuming your goals are:

1️⃣ Hearty amounts of recurring revenue that grows month on month

2️⃣ Positioning yourself as the how-to and consequently being a magnet for all kinds of unhinged opportunities

3️⃣ Consistently having new and returning clients buy from you

You need to consider whether your product suite is ticking these boxes for you.

If not, there's space for you in the Unhinged Mastermind.

If you want me to lay out exactly how I'd fill the gaps for you, DM me "nailed it" and I'll book you in for a free strategy session.

We've all been there... There's a particular pers

We've all been there...

There's a particular person you can't help but creep on.

Every time you see their content, you think: "that should be me".

And instead of letting it be inspiration, you see it as evidence that you suck, that you're behind, that you're queen of the self-sabotage...

Normally I'd tell you to mute or unfollow instead of continuing to pick at this scab over and over but I'm in a tough love kind of mood, so instead I'm going to ask you this:

What were they willing to do that you weren't?

Their results didn't fall out of the sky. They weren't an overnight success (that entire concept is a myth).

There were certain things that they were willing to show up and do, over and over and OVER.

Was it the amount they believed in themselves?
The rooms they got themselves in?
The opportunities they chased down?
The monthly masterclasses they hosted even with 2 sign ups?
The daily talking heads to zero followers?

What did they give their all to that you're still resisting.

That's your next step 😘

Nobody loves nerding out on strategy or building o

Nobody loves nerding out on strategy or building out a colour-coded calendar like I do BUT that is by no way the only factor that got me to where I am today...

So let's talk about the witchy habits that play a HUGE role in getting me paid:

1) Getting outside for a walk every day. It gets me out of my mind and into my body so I start my day from a much more grounded place.

2) Journaling. It helps me make sense of all the thoughts swirling around my brain and is also the best place for me to workshop my ideas.

3) Mini altars around specific intentions - feeding them every day creates this vortex of momentum around whatever it is I want.

4) Looking at my relationship with my audience through a community lens and not a "you are all just leads to me" one.

5) Regardless of who I'm talking to, I have a delusional amount of certainty about everything I'm creating. That is not an act, it's literally just how I see my work.

6) Whipping out my EFT skills whenever I come up against an emotion that is not propelling me forward. I'm an impatient queen, I refuse to be hindered by my feelings (or anything else).

7) Pulling cards to shine a light on my blind spots or any opportunities I'm not seeing. As self aware as I am, I don't know EVERYTHING.

8) Anchoring a particular vibe with music. We all know that music is powerful, nothing can send us hurtling back to the past quite like it. I harness this power to create the specific emotional state that will help me do whatever it is I'm trying to do that day.

9) Using mixed media art to channel guidance, process emotions, health my shit, and solidify ideas that are just out of reach.

10) Using my voice! There's nothing more magical than just saying what you mean and demanding what you deserve. It's literal spellcraft.

Lmk if you want a Part 2 because I definitely have more!
