BEHIND THE SCENES AT DAIRE HQ I had to take almos

BEHIND THE SCENES AT DAIRE HQ

I had to take almost 3 weeks off from the gym and I have feelings about that.

For context: I’ve had some really shitty health issues over the past few years, and it’s only 2ish months ago that I felt able to get back to working out regularly. So I did what I do, I went all in. Hired a PT. Built a whole new routine and stuck with it.

Then I came down with a cold/flu/lurgy that knocked me on my arse and out of my rhythm.

Naturally, my first reaction was to beat myself up about it:
"You suck"
"You’re so flaky"
"You have no discipline"
"You’ve wasted all that money"
"Just go, you’re fine"
"You are definitely exaggerating"
"If you’re well enough to sit up and read, you’re well enough to work out"

You know how that voice gets…

But here’s what I needed to remind myself:

Taking a beat to recover is a power move. It’s not a permanent state of affairs. It’s not you failing. Because you can’t fail at a lifestyle, and that’s what this is.

Your health and fitness isn’t a fad or quick-win sprint; it’s something you're committed to LONG-TERM.

Basically, the exact attitude I have towards business.

You can have great intentions, a solid plan, support in your corner, and still have a nonsense life thing interrupt your flow and (temporarily) kill your momentum. That doesn’t mean you’re done.

Believe me when I say I’ve experienced many iterations of that over the years, but it has never even occurred to me to sack it all off. I just pick myself up and keep moving as soon as I can.

There is no perfection in longevity. It’s simply you sticking around. Continuing to show up. Staying in the room no matter what.

We’ve got this, babe.

Being "grateful" is NOT the same as settling. Yes

Being "grateful" is NOT the same as settling.

Yes, celebrate the f/ck out of everything you've already created.

Appreciate your home, and your hobbies, your health, and your love ones...

But don't stop going for what you want.

You're allowed to crave more money and more freedom without making it mean anything about what you've already achieved.

Around here we're all about unhinged wins EVERY FREAKING DAY.

There's no "done". There's no "content".

There's simply infinite opportunity rolling out in front of you.

So feel free to be boring and comment with something you're grateful for, but I'd be more interested in hearing what you're still hungering after 👇

Maybe I'm a petty bitch or maybe I've been around

Maybe I'm a petty bitch or maybe I've been around the block enough to know the absolute SWILL you think is just what a mastermind is...

UNHINGED is your next step when you're ready for:

🔥 A mentor who will not tolerate you staying stuck in the same cycle, week in and week out

🔥 A small, supportive group of besties who look at each other with pride, awe, and support, never jealousy or irritation

🔥 An unforgettable blend of balls-to-the-wall strategy and energetic work that stops you from ever holding yourself back again

🔥 Having someone in your corner who is genuinely invested in seeing you win

DM me "UNHINGED" to apply and lock in a bonus 1:1 energy reading to identify the specific blocks and dramas keeping you from the most unhinged wins (and a solid blueprint to help you clear them)

When you secure your spot in the UNHINGED mastermi

When you secure your spot in the UNHINGED mastermind by October 5th, you unlock a bonus 1:1 messaging call with me.

A one off session where we dial into your unfair advantage and outline exactly how you're going to use it to sell out your end game offer by the end of the year.

This is where you stop holding yourself back, being the nicest girl, the one who follows the rules and is "just here to help".

This is where you dare to repel the people you'd never want to fucking work with anyway instead of noting the red flags and pretending they're just a cute hot pink.

This is where you unleash a psychotic level of self-expression that has you feeling SO free and SO yourself (instead of like the dancing monkey here to perform for the internet)

DM me the word "unhinged" to apply and get details.

And overall just leaning even hard into this Self-Centred Bitch Era of my business.

October... I can't even imagine how you're going to top this.

Blink and your world can change. All it takes is

Blink and your world can change.

All it takes is one moment for you to run with that unhinged content idea that came to you on a walk that has 50 new followers finding you out of nowhere.

All it takes is one moment for you to drop a voicenote casually mentioning your latest offer and immediately have 3 past clients upgrade.

All it takes is one moment for an invitation to land in your inbox offering you your first paid speaking gig.

All it takes is one moment for someone to randomly stumble across the replay of an old livestream and then send you a DM asking how they can work with you.

You don't need an entire week or an entire month to see the return on your efforts...

So stop writing off the day, the week, or the month that's almost over.

😘

It's PETTINESS, babe. Do you know who thinks you

It's PETTINESS, babe.

Do you know who thinks you should "rise above"?

The patriarchy. The people and structures who directly benefit from you staying quiet and not making waves.

But here's what you need to remember:

Every voice, every action, every weird look that has *ever* made you doubt exactly who you are and what you're capable of...

That gets to be fuel.

Nothing is more powerful that that "I'll f/cking show them" attitude.

Your unhinged era starts here.

Unhinged is the perfect space for you if: ➡️You h

Unhinged is the perfect space for you if:

➡️You have tried consolidating different strategies from business coaches, and you've been left with this Frankenstein business that sorta kinda works but doesn't necessarily feel like it has any breathing room.

Inside the mastermind, we'll co-create the strategy that plays to your strengths so that you can go live your life, and maybe (God forbid) have a hobby without stress and second-guessing consuming every second you're not at your desk.

➡️You have the "eggs in one basket" approach to launching and selling that puts a savage amount of pressure on you to show up perfectly during that one little promo window and pressure on that one offer to be "the thing".

Inside the mastermind, you'll create a leaned back business model that makes it easy for new clients to come into your world "out of nowhere", buy things at all different price points, and stick around long-term, growing alongside you.

You'll also master an approach to selling that feels natural (and dare I say fun?) so you can stop overthinking every sales conversation, making it all feel awkward AF.

➡️You have a firm point of view, a cracking sense of humour, and insight your clients are gagging for, and yet when it comes to posting any of that publicly, you hold back. You go for the quickest or most palatable option and then wonder why your audience doesn't feel activated enough to buy.

Inside the mastermind, you'll fully unleash your voice and step into a new era of magnetism without feeling unsafe, dysregulated, or like you're exposing yourself to people eager to see you fail. When you are able to be that kind of unfiltered (and with confidence), that's when you become an easy yes.

If you're feeling that nudge that this could be a space for you...

There are some exclusive bonuses happening right now, but first, let's have a conversation to make sure this is the right next upgrade for you.

DM me the word "UNHINGED" for details.

The era of being as absolutely unhinged and living

The era of being as absolutely unhinged and living-your-best-life as you like is here to stay...

And that's all thanks to your business (assuming you're doing it right 😉)

When you're ready to discuss being ferociously inflexible about what you want and locking the plan in place to make it happen, the UNHINGED mastermind is for you.

DM me "unhinged" for info.

Musings from the train: Have you noticed this hab

Musings from the train:

Have you noticed this habit we have of minimising any strong opinions we might be guilty of holding?

"No offence..."

"Not to be dramatic but..."

"Sorry if you've already thought of this..."

Like God forbid we own that we're passionate about something, or experiencing a significant human emotion, or we're THE ACTUAL EXPERT IN THE ROOM.

I don't know if it's the swirl of "girlhood is everything" and inner child healing coursing through my veins since seeing Queen Hilary live last night but... Screw it.

From now on it's:

Full offence - I'm going to have my perspective and not worry that you're going to assume it's a personal attack.

"Drama" - which, let's face it, is just synonymous with self-expression.

Remembering that if I have something that can help someone, I'm just going to share it and not spiral about how annoying I must be for telling people something they might already know.

I mean... Why not?

Not overthinking every thought and feeling is LIBERATING. Think of all the unhinged magic that could happen with all that extra headspace 😘
