🤫 Takeaway from my morning journaling.

I realised I let myself get stagnant.

I chose the habits and practices that I've always done because that's what I like. I chose the areas and "issues" to work on that I'm most familiar with because that's my comfort zone.

And neither of those choices is empowering me to be more, do more or have more (all of which are a priority for me in 2023).

So this morning, I sat down and cleared the crusty old thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that are leftover from old Daire...

And I got super aware of the new, more expansive thought patterns I want to lock into my mind.

Because...

There IS an inevitability to my success.

I DO know who I am and what I want.

Nobody CAN do what I can do.

I AM completely taken care of in every realm.

There are 1,001 things I could be working on right now. I think there are 1,001 things we could all be working on.

The logical side of my brain has a whole list.
She led the charge on a big, comprehensive business audit towards the end of last year, so she knows what needs my attention.

My website needs updating. My old courses need retiring. My nurture sequence needs drafting. My social media platforms need an overhaul. Blah, blah, blaaaaaaah.

It's not "trendy" to talk about morning resets any

It's not "trendy" to talk about morning resets anymore.

People want to believe that they can start their day messy, rushed, chaotic, and... that may well be true for them.

But it is not true for me. Or the HUNDREDS of people I've helped craft their own version of a daily glow up.

I will never stop believing that the way you start your mornings determines the rest of your day. And the way you spend your day determines how you show up all week. And the way you spend your week influences the rest of your month. And then the way you operate throughout the month impacts your year. And your years gang up together to form your life.
