The qualities that make someone the best kind of client have *nothing* to do with their ability to complete a big transaction.

A HIGH-LEVEL CLIENT IS SOMEONE WHO...

👑 Is excited by the investment they just made

🤩 Is self-aware enough to acknowledge their own limiting habits + patterns

🔥 Is proactive about reaching out for support when they need it

👑 Does not see any type of container as "beneath them"

🤩 Is open to having their stories + beliefs challenged + replaced

🔥 Is willing to try something different even if, on the surface, it seems weird or counterintuitive

👑 Takes responsibility for how they engage with the resources I provide

🤩 Commits to taking instant action

🔥 Operates in line with their values - even when nobody is watching

👑 Already sees the value in the work we'll do together before we even get started

🤩 Prioritises attending calls live wherever possible

🔥 Is seeking support to create a business that fulfils *them*, not one that mimics mine

👑 Is committed to a standard of excellence 

🤩 Celebrates wins daily

🔥 Takes ownership of + cleans up the areas of life, preventing them from being their best selves

When this is how a client shows up, I consider it my responsibility to match that energy. To be present. To go all out. To be fully invested in their success and act accordingly.

And do you know what? When I do this, when I treat every client like they're my favourite, they always come back for more.

A big part of my business model used to be hosting live 60-90min workshops, and then turning the recordings into self-study courses.

This strategy appealed to me for a number of reasons: 

✌️ It seemed like a low-ish effort way for me to build out my product suite

💸 It offered people an opportunity to try out my work for a minimal investment of time and money

💡 It was a quick way for me to bring a particular idea to life

🌈 It allowed me to be the maximalist I am, instead of niching hard with all of my offers

And while all of this remained true - and the feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive - something felt a bit off on my end.

I did what I always do, and I took to my journal, asking myself the question that always helps me breathe new life into my offers 👇

If this was going to become my favourite thing, what would stay the same and what would need to be different?

I knew I wanted to keep:
✅️ Simple, easy-to-action concepts
✅️ A multi-dimensional approach, rather than focusing solely on the strategic or the energetic
✅️ An accessible investment

And I wanted to change:
👀 The focused, personal attention live attendees could receive
👀 The amount of integration time and follow up support
👀 The depths I could go to

So with this in mind, I decided to transform my 1hr workshops into 3-day masterclasses.

What that means is:

✨️ I get more time and space to teach at a higher level, without feeling like I have to rush past important points, or only touch at surface level

🔥 You get individual hotseats and direct feedback on your own business in every single class

I could not be more excited about this transformation.

It feels expansive. It feels generous. It feels much more ME.

And that is key. We have to be thrilled by the things we create, otherwise, how can we expect anyone to be inspired enough to buy?

The business model, the offers, the marketing plan... those can all be more or less important depending on where you're at at any given time.

But you? Your energy?

Always at the top of that list.

There is no business without you.

💣 You are the leader.
💣 You are the innovator.
💣 You are the moral compass.
💣 You are the changer of lives.

But if you refuse to take care of yourself, your health, your energy... you can't be any of those things.

At best, you can be someone who acts like an employee of a company they hate.

Don't do that to yourself. You deserve more.

See that NO act of self-care is insignificant. 

Anything that makes you feel your best helps you operate at your best.

And when you operate at your best, your work dazzles.

So go play, chill, treat yourself to something lovely today.

You are not the only person scared of taking up to You are not the only person scared of taking up too much space ⬇️

I've had THREE conversations this week alone, with people who are terrified of joining a mastermind because they're worried they'll talk too much and annoy everyone.

And this also 100% used to be.

I was always the last to speak up, the last to ask my questions, the last to allow myself to be supported...

But notice how I use the past tense.

I learned that by not showing up fully when participating in masterminds and group programmes, I was:

❌️ limiting my own personal and professional growth

❌️ doing myself out of profound new friendships

❌️ negatively impacting the kind of growth the other participants could be experiencing

❌️ generally bringing the vibe down

You need to understand that:

💝 Your presence is a gift.

🔥 You expressing your needs is a powerful permission slip for everyone else who shares those same fears.

✨️ Sharing your process may just be the catalyst that sparks a massive change for one of your peers.

💸 You were guided to that particular mastermind for a reason. Playing small is not the way to achieve it.

So... feel the fear but then decide what comes next.

The need to be needed is a strong one, especially The need to be needed is a strong one, especially for those of us who have business that revolve around supporting other people.

A few years ago, my entire sense of self-worth was wrapped up in how indispensable I was to my clients...

But that is no way to live life. It's also no way to build a steady, sustainable business that's genuinely fulfilling.

Now, things are worlds apart.

Overdelivering feels like an expansive generous move, not my only option if I want to keep getting paid.

To make this shift, there were 4 core areas that needed my attention:

✅️ My client attraction system

✅️ My boundaries with clients

✅️ My approach to client retention

✅️ How I saw my clients

It took a combination of strategic steps inside of my business and challenging work inside of myself.

To say it was worth it would be a completely unhinged understatement.

Just know that when you commit to cleaning this shit up, you become a magnet for the best kinds of clients.

🧘‍♀️ Pause + breathe. 

You are under no pressure to make an immediate decision. Take some time to zoom out and reflect on the product in question.

✅️ Look at the logistics of how this offer runs. If something about the structure or experience of this product was different, would you love it again?

💗 Work through (and release) the limiting doubts, emotions, and beliefs that come up when you think about this offer. 

✨️ Think about how you've been promoting and selling this particular product. Have you been giving it your best effort? Would your feelings about this offer change if you made 50 sales tomorrow?

💸 Zoom out and consider how this product could support the bigger vision you have for your business, if you're willing to breathe new life into it.

🙌 Above all, remember that there is no right or wrong decision when it comes to retiring an offer, and there is also no forever decision. You're the boss here.

HOW TO DOUBLE YOUR INCOME AND IMPACT WITHOUT OVERE HOW TO DOUBLE YOUR INCOME AND IMPACT WITHOUT OVEREXTENDING YOURSELF

My client came to our session with an idea for a new12-month 1:1 package. She had a general idea of what she'd be focusing on inside of that, but she wanted my feedback on both the structure and the pricing.

When I asked her about her capacity, she said, "I'll never be that coach who can stretch to working with 5 clients at once." By the end of our call, she realised she actually had the time and energy to support 9 people in this way, without the risk of feeling overworked.

Let's break down how this happened.

MINDSET
She was inspired to take her clients through a specific framework over the 12 months, which meant no "figuring out" would be needed during her sessions.

ACTION
We mapped out exactly what that 12 month framework would look like, so she now knows exactly what she'll be working on with her clients at every stage.

MINDSET
She was open to any opportunities to streamline the experience on the back end, to make it even easier for her to show up and dazzle her clients with full energy.

ACTION
She has started building out a database of resources that will help her deliver her best work during every step of that client's journey.

MINDSET
She had a strong desire to work in close proximity with every client, while also balancing their need to integrate the deep work they'd be doing together.

ACTION
We planned out the specific time, attention, and deliverables she'd be offering each client, intentionally circumventing her natural tendency to overgive.

MINDSET
She wanted a price point that was truly aligned and a match for her values, rather than choosing pricing based on industry standards.

ACTION
We laid out pricing options and payment plans that got her wildly excited!

MINDSET
She knows her energy is finite, and she is committed to feeling happy and healthy above all else.

ACTION
She got extremely clear on her energetic limits, and the baseline number of calls she'd feel comfortable hosting each week.

When we did the maths, she had the capacity to work with double the amount of 1:1 clients, all thanks to her attitude + approach to taking deliberate action.
