INSTAGRAM KNOWS ME BEST

People say balance is a myth. I say people are wro People say balance is a myth. I say people are wrong.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I just think maybe you're confused about what balance is. Balance does NOT mean you're carefully spending the exact amount of time, energy and brain space on each of the things in your life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It simply means you don't feel out of whack. That's it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And that feeling of being "in whack" can look wildly different from one person to another. Hell, it can look wildly different from one month to another, for the exact same person.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So while it might feel easier to rid yourself of all responsibility, check out of the game, and repeat your mantra of "work life balance isn't a thing anyway" you could choose a different way.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You could choose to get crystal clear on how you're currently spending your time, energy and attention and get curious about which parts feel good for you (if any).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You could choose to be mindful of how you spend your minutes, and question whether those minutes are compounding to create hours on the way to your goals, dreams and visions.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You could choose to get support if something feels overwhelming for you to tackle alone.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You could choose to take back control of your own life so that you actually enjoy living it (inside and outside of your business).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You could choose to say yes when I offer to help.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And I am. Offering, that is.

I currently have a handful of private coaching spots available, and if you are giddy at the thought of balance being the norm, one of them should be yours. DM me and we'll discuss.
I was dead wrong. When I first started full-time I was dead wrong.

When I first started full-time in my business, I had one fear. That I didn't have the discipline to show up and work when there was nobody demanding that I be there, clocking in and sitting at my desk.

Especially when my house was filled with books, boxsets, art supplies, and a new puppy. I had a lot of distractions to play with!

As it turns out, I was wrong.

My struggle was not an inability to prioritise my business, put in the hours, and work hard to establish myself.

It was the reverse... and I'm sure a lot of you can relate.

My every waking thought was consumed with my business because I genuinely loved the work. I enjoyed what I was doing. It inspired me, challenged me, and brought me so much personal satisfaction...

And then, on the flipside, I also had that pressure to produce that plagues the self-employed.

We soon realise that EVERYTHING is on our shoulders. It is solely and completely our responsibility to create money. Without constant presence and constant action, that income halts.

Pleasure + pressure = one hell of a workaholic

And that shit is only sustainable for so long. Eventually, we all hit the wall.

I'm telling you my story for two reasons.

1) So you understand that you are not alone in this reality. It's a common pattern that I have both experienced and seen a lot of.

2) So you realise that making a change in the way you approach your work is more than a possibility. It's a tangible option.

And it's an option I'm offering to you.

I currently have a handful of 1:1 coaching spaces available.

If you want work/life balance to be more than a pipedream...

If you want to stop feeling afraid or guilty for taking time off...

If you want to feel professionally fulfilled and financially satisfied without trading away your personal life...

One of them should be yours.

DM me to discuss.
Right now, I have space for 4x 1:1 clients. If yo Right now, I have space for 4x 1:1 clients.

If you are deeply craving holistic support that blends smart business strategy, emotional + energetic work, and a side order of spiritual development, hit me up in the DMs.
A moment of real talk about the coaching world... A moment of real talk about the coaching world...

That's exactly what you can expect from my interview with @jamila_theobold in this week's episode of Your Biz, Your Rules.

I highly recommend you give this show a listen if:

➡️ You are doubting your ability to be seen, valued, and paid handsomely for your work.

➡️ You have had negative experiences with "high ticket" coaches, and it's left you feeling a little jaded about the whole industry.

➡️ You worry that if anyone looks too closely at you, they'll realise that you're not different, you're not special, you're not worth their time and money...

Do me this one favour... First, a bit of back sto Do me this one favour...

First, a bit of back story.

When I came up with the idea for Ditch the *done thing*, my upcoming 7-day mastermind, it felt... different.

Different to anything I've done before AND different to anything I've seen before.

(Both of which made it feel like kind of a risk)

But there was something in me that knew it was the right move. I don't have the stats or the social proof to back me up... I just have my intuition.

My big, lofty goal was to have 15 people sign up and be thrilled to join me for the experience.

And... I'm nearly there!

As of right now, I have 13 people signed up and ready to go.

13 people at all different stages of business, excited to be supported by me. 13 people across 5 continent, putting their trust in the container I've created.

My question for you is... do you want to be the person to help me reach my goal?

(Either by signing up yourself or by sharing this with a friend who could use a bit of my magic)

I can promise you a week filled with fun times, witchy work, great conversation, and a whole new level of business momentum.

(As well as free access to everything in exchange for your feedback at the end of the week)

So what do you say? You in?
THIS ONE IS FOR THE RIDE OR DIES. It's Internatio THIS ONE IS FOR THE RIDE OR DIES.

It's International Women's Day, which means a lot of what graces your feed will be people celebrating iconic women and shining a light on issues that impact us in a serious way.

(You know, things that should be discussed in abundance every day, but I digress...)

Instead, I want to acknowledge the ride or dies.

We all have one. More than one if we're lucky.

That person who is fiercely in your corner.

That person who is not afraid to challenge you when you're being a dick (to yourself OR others).

That person who can laugh, cry, or fight with you when you need it.

That person who will show up with a shovel and an alibi.

Friendships like this are what allow us to step up and be great.

They are what imbue us with the gall to take up space.

They are what fuel our audacity to advocate for ourselves and others.

They are what encourage us to be everything that we desire to be, even when we're doubting ourselves.

I will never EVER take my ride or dies for granted. That is a promise. I hope you can say the same.

I'm not telling you what to do. I'm showing you wh I'm not telling you what to do. I'm showing you what *I* do.

Journaling is my one non-negotiable. It's how I like to start my day EVERY DAY.

That doesn't mean I'm always in the mood. It doesn't mean it's always an easy decision.

I just know that - WITHOUT FAIL - I feel so much better in myself and about my business when I spend a few moments between the pages each morning.

I often say there are 1,001 ways to do absolutely everything. That includes journaling.

I will never sit here and tell you there's a "right" way to journal because, honestly? I don't do the same thing myself every single day.

In this episode of Your Biz, Your Rules, I'm sharing the handful of different ways I like to use my journal to work through my emotions, channel my best ideas and set the stage for my day.

If you decide to try any of them out, I'd love for you to reach out and share your thoughts!

Dare 👏 to 👏 be 👏 different If you are si Dare 👏 to 👏 be 👏 different

If you are sick of how people are bastardising an industry you love so much...

If you are bored to tears of the "effective business building strategies" you've been hearing about for years...

If you feel like you're constantly making compromises that feel a bit grimy...

Now is the time to have a word with yourself.

You can't sulk about how nothing goes your way if you continue to reinforce toxic structures and belief systems with your actions.

If you want things to BE different, you have to DO different.

Look, I get it. When you already have 1,001 things on your mental plate, trying to conjure up a new way of doing business feels unnecessarily overwhelming.

Guess what?! You don't have to do it all alone. You've NEVER had to do it all alone. There has always been support available to you. You simply have to say yes to it.

This is me officially unveiling how I can help you figure out how to do business *your* way so that you can get *your* desired results (whether that be more money or something else entirely).

Ditch the *done thing* is a 7-day mastermind experience... but with a bit of a twist.

I'm testing out this container that includes a swirl of energetic expansion, personalised coaching, high-calibre community support, and more.

As this is an experiment for me, I'm offering you access for free, in exchange for full participation and honest feedback.

No strings.

This support is available to you if you want it.
