Do you have a word of the year? I have to admit, I haven’t always been a fan of the concept. (For those of you who haven’t come across it before, click here) In a nutshell, it’s all about having one word, phrase or mantra to act as your guiding light for the year. Something […]

It’s no secret that I love to talk all things “content plan”… and so I do. I spend a lot of time chatting to my biz buddies, clients and Content Arsenal members about content planning. One thing I’ve learned from all of these (fun, inspiring) conversations is this: pretty much everyone IN THE WORLD is […]

I’ve always loved this time of year. More specifically, I’ve always loved working at this time of year. I know, I know. Most people want to be eating mince pies and rocking out to East 17, but I love having that quiet, client-free time to catch up on all the things I’ve put off over […]

A couple of weeks ago one of my lovely clients invited me (and the rest of the team) to a getaway at her local spa. It was amazing, and not just because of all the relaxing (and hot tub wine, because that’s a thing). In this episode, I’m rounding up three of my big takeaways […]

INSTAGRAM KNOWS ME BEST

Every action we choose to (or not to) take helps t Every action we choose to (or not to) take helps to create the person we are becoming.

Think about who you are now, and all the tiny little decisions that helped make you this way.

The decision to go on that second date. The decision to read that book. The decision to try meditation for the first time. The decision to move house. The decision to go on that holiday. The decision to take that course.

Big or small, each choice has played a role in moulding that person you see in the mirror.

What I know to be true is that the version of ourselves that we evolve into doesn’t have to be a happy accident. We get to put some intention behind it. We get to CHOOSE.

So who are you choosing to become?

Someone who prioritises their health and wealth?
Someone who wakes up energised and excited?
Someone who feels stronger than ever?
Someone who makes money with total fucking ease?
Someone who feels extremely supported in their business?
Someone committed to their personal transformation?
Someone who is a master of their craft?
Someone who lives a life of fun and freedom?

And just as importantly, what does that require?

Finding a regular fitness practice you enjoy?
Sorting out your sleep patterns?
Making time for daily mindset strengthening action?
Getting way more confident asking for the sale?
Seeking out a coach who will support you fully as you grow?

If it’s *any* of these, we need to talk.

Get up in my DM’s and we’ll iron out a breakthrough plan for you.
CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THI CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THINK OF ✨HEARTS✨

It has to, HAS TO, be @ebonieallard

Ebonie is, without a doubt, a core member of my soul fam who I just KNEW was going to be in my life forever from the first moment we spoke.

And she comes to mind when I think of hearts for soooo many reasons:

❤️ She pulls off heart-shaped shades better than anyone I know

🧡 She designed my favourite ever tee, which has a GIANT Misfit Heart on it (swipe to see)

💛 She opened me up to the world of MBraining, which is essentially using your multiple brains (one of which is your heart) to do cool stuff

💚 AND she just wears her heart on her sleeve and I love it. She's always open, always honest and raw, always coming from this place of genuine love and caring... while also not taking shit from ANYONE. Basically, she's what we should all aspire to be.

Love you, big time!

You are not a special snowflake. There. I said it You are not a special snowflake.

There. I said it.

I get that you’ve always felt like a weirdo, a misfit, a poor misunderstood poppet, but tell me… exactly how effective is it walking through life insisting that nobody can help you and “that thing just won’t work for me”?

I’m guessing not very, or you’d be chilling on your private island by now, instead of scrolling the socials.

I’m not saying we’re all the same and that the same systems, frameworks, ways of working or whatever will work the same for all of us, but what I AM saying is that if somebody else has it, it’s possible for you too.

The “how” has wiggle room.

You may see a strategy out there that you resist instinctively (often a sign you need to have a sit down with your ego).

You may try things that feel clunky and weird, or just plain wrong.

You get to let go of things that don’t feel in line with the way you want to be showing up in your life. You’re allowed to get creative with the magic you’ve learned from other people. You get to keep experimenting, and thinking creatively, and asking yourself, how can I make this work for me?

AND you get to ask for help when you can’t see the way through on your own.

You get to seek out a coach, mentor or teacher you vibe with, someone who has a proven methodology AND a willingness to co-create exactly what you’re craving on a soul level.

If that someone is me (and it should be, I’ve been told I’m the bomb) - slide into my DM’s STAT. I would love to gift you a breakthrough session during which we’ll craft a plan of attack to get you where you want to be.
CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THI CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THINK OF ✨MIRACLES✨

Who could I possibly pick other than @suzy_ashworth queen of FAITH + ACTION = MIRACLES??

There is a lot I could say about Suzy - she used to be a client of mine back in my "content magic" days, and now I'm one of hers in her Freedom Experience mastermind... but if I had to pick one miraculous thing she did for me, it's got nothing to do with either of those...

Last summer, she came and did a fab guest workshop in Cosmic Bitch and afterwards we were trading voicenotes, all "oh we'll have to catch up soon", you know, the usual.

But then we actually DID catch up.

What Suzy didn't know is that I'd been having a bit of a shit time in terms of the headspace as I was in. Feeling very down, very unsure and kind of low level hopeless about all things.

When we jumped on that call and started chit chatting, she asked about how business was going and I answered her in my very "drained and in the dumps" way and I will never forget the way she responded...

She glared at me, held up her hand and said, "You're Daire fucking Paddy. What the fuck are you playing at?"

In the (moderately awkward) moment of silence that followed it clicked. I AM Daire fucking Paddy. I was not born to mope about, aiming small and sabotaging myself left, right and centre. I was not born to live a less than life.

And I haven't lost sight og that since.

That was my miracle moment.

What box are you sitting in right now? We all hav What box are you sitting in right now?

We all have them - I know I do. The identities we’ve taken on, the roles we’ve played… often because we had to, once upon a time. It was a matter of keeping ourselves safe, of protecting those around us, of making life feel easier…

But that was then.

This is now.

The box that may once have helped you survive, is not the same box that will help you soar beyond what you ever believed could be possible for you.

I’m not afraid to admit that for the looooongest time I lived squarely in a neat little box too. Growing up, I wore the mantle of “the responsible one”. The one who could make the sensible decisions and make sure everyone was taken care of. Homework done. Meals eaten. As happy as possible.

But I did not let go of that innate sense of responsibility, even after I was removed from the circumstances that required it of me and I can tell you for a FACT that it stopped serving me pretty sharpish.

I continued to make those “sensible”, “responsible” decisions that kept everyone else feeling safe, secure and taken care of - clients, friends, fellas, everyone I came into contact with. They got what they needed… while I slowly ground myself into dust.

That’s what happens when we cling on to those old identities, those old boxes, those old ways of being. We drain and deplete ourselves beyond recognition.

Listen, you did it. You survived. Now it’s time to think about what’s next. WHO and HOW do you want to be going forward? Let’s do this thing starting NOW.

Get your arse in my DMs if you’d like a free breakthrough session to untangle all this shit and figure out your plan of attack. I’ve got you.
CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THI CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THINK OF ✨MAGIC✨

Ooooh this one was tricky! I am so surrounded by all kinds of magical humans. Women who provide magical services. Women who write magical books. Women who teach magical things. Women who just give off a vibe of pure fucking magic as they walk through life.

But I suppose if I have to pick just one, it will have to be the lady who has helped me tap into MY magic (and she doesn't even know it).

I've always been on the woo side, with a love for all things witchy, but for some reason tarot was just a hard no. I just didn't get it...

But then last year, my magical auntie @iamrachaelstaples gave my @pixiecurio 's Muse Tarot for my birthday and something just clicked. Suddenly tarot made sense, and I felt instantaneously more in tune with my own spiritual gifts.

I now use this deck every single day, and it has helped create SO much tangible transformation in my life, and in the lives of my clients. Tactical magic, I like to call it!

So thank you Chris-Anne, for creating one of my very favourite magical tools!

CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THI CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THINK OF ✨IMPACT✨

I have to give @lexidangelo a big old shout out here.

When I signed up for Lexi's certification back in 2019 my life and business were both a jumbled pile of chaos. On the surface, I joined because I wanted to deepen my mastery and increase my confidence as a coach.

The impact was so much more.

While, yes, I walked away as a certified practitioner of NLP, EFT, TIME techniques, Hypnotherapy, The Tabwoo Method and Life & Success Coaching, there was so much more to it than a few fancy certificates.

I got to experience and embody all of these tools in my own life, so not only did I become this "qualified" coach, but I also healed hurts I'd been carrying around with me for years, I shook up habits and patterns that were sabotaging me in all areas, I took serious responsibility for my own results, I unleashed the full me on the world without compromise, and I met some of my very best friends.

Oh, yes. The impact is there for sure.

#womenshistorymonth
I'm going to be honest with you about something (b I'm going to be honest with you about something (because LET'S NORMALISE REALNESS for a sec).

I've just closed out a launch. You'll know this if you follow me literally *anywhere* because it's all you will have seen me talk about... and I didn't make a single sale.

You read that right. Not a single sale. Why am I telling you? Because I'm sick of seeing only the wins acknowledged.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all about celebrating our own (and each other's) wins but it's kind of unhelpful to slope away and hide the truth when things don't go so well.

Doing something that is not a roaring success should not be something you feel ashamed of. When you act like that, you are teaching anyone else who's watching that falling short of the dream should be a source of shame, thus perpetuating this maddening cycle of perfectionism, comparisonitis, apathy and grief.

Am I bummed? Baffled? Irritated? Stressed? You bet. Given than I'm a HUMAN. *And* I also know that a not-sold-out-launch is not the end of the world.

Acknowledge your "failures" when they happen. Grieve them. Learn from them. And then decide what's next.
CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THI CELEBRATE THE WOMAN WHO COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THINK OF ✨IMAGINATION✨

For me it has to be the one, the only, Dolly Parton.

This is not about me loving her music, her business acumen or her supremely quotable nature, however. This is about The Imagination Library...

Dolly started her Imagination Library in her home county back in 1995, pledging to gift a book per month to pre-school age children (inspired by her own father's inability to read and write.)

In her own words:
“When I was growing up in the hills of East Tennessee, I knew my dreams would come true. I know there are children in your community with their own dreams. They dream of becoming a doctor or an inventor or a minister. Who knows, maybe there is a little girl whose dream is to be a writer and singer.

The seeds of these dreams are often found in books and the seeds you help plant in your community can grow across the world.”

I could not love this more. I've often said that books saved my life and gave me everything I need to survive this life so this is a cause suuuuuper close to my heart.

And I just find it so inspiring that an initiative started in a tiny corner of the US now extends across 5 countries, gifting over a million books every single month. Wow.
