💛 On a very practical level, particularly if you are in business, your limiting beliefs or blocks will stop you from achieving the things that you want to achieve. And actually probably even more important than that they will keep you in patterns of behaviour that are quite miserable. They limit your choices. They limit the possibilities. It’s like we’re living our life or running our business by a set of rules. And they’re a set of rules that we did not make for ourselves.
💛 It’s usually a really good idea to follow the things that make you feel uncomfortable, the things you avoid doing. Those are usually a really good indicator that there’s something there that needs further exploration.
💛 Go through all of the different aspects of your business. Look at your money, look at your content, look at your marketing, your visibility. Look at your planning and strategy. Look at how you manage your time. Look at your clients. What feels amazing? What doesn’t? Take note. Those “ugh” feelings are the signposts for inner work.
