I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS EPISODE OF YOUR BIZ, YOUR RULES!!

As you probably know by now, I get pretty giddy about all things “productivity”, so when Merilyn Beretta (founder of The Productivity Cure and all-around planning whizz) agreed to join me on the podcast I was in the clouds.

Without further gushing, let’s get to it…

Listen here:

The key takeaways:

💛 Your health suffers if you don’t honour all the different parts of your life.

💛 Consumption – whether that’s from books, courses or blog posts – can be another form of procrastination. And this is often based around fear – fear of progressing, fear of not being good enough… there’s a lot that whirls around each of our brains.

💛 You’re never going to banish perfectionism. It’s about being aware of it and not letting it dominate you.

💛 There are two things that are stopping people moving forward in their business, mindset-wise. Their money belief system and their productivity, which is really their time belief system. The funny thing is, if you get your time sorted and you get your productivity mindset and methods sorted, suddenly you start achieving things… that’s when the money obstacles dissolve too.
