I get it, we’re almost at the end of January, the time has passed for me to talk to you about my goals for the year… except it hasn’t. My pod, my rules!
The key takeaways:
At the beginning of 2019, I read a book called Pick Three by Randi Zuckerberg. The premise is simple – we can’t focus on everything every day, but we can focus on 3 things. This idea took hold, so something I encouraged my Unshakeable Goals students to do this year was to identify just THREE priority zones for themselves. The three key areas they’d like to focus their attention on this year, and I did the same. I picked:
- Business (which we’ll park for now)
- Health & Wellness
💛 I chose Health & Wellness because I wholeheartedly believe that when you feel better both physically and mentally, magic happens in the other areas of your life. You have more energy at work, you’re more invested in your relationships, you feel more enthusiasm for your hobbies and you recommit to your personal development.
💛 I chose Home because I’m wildly affected by my environment, I always have been. And now I spend a lot of time at home. 99.9% of it actually, so I need my environment to feel good.
