In this episode of Your Biz, Your Rules, I’m addressing a topic that is always top of mind for me at this time of year… business burnout.
I’m not going to tell you I have all the magical, mystical answers that will help you stay the hell away from that doom state, but I am going to share my two daily habits for staying refueled, staying inspired, staying productive, and staying away from that slippery slope.

💛 Many of us (myself included) have a tendency to work and work and work until some external force makes us stop – often that force is burnout. When you get to that place it’s virtually impossible to enjoy your life and whatever’s going on around you… but there are ways to get around this. Ways to prevent the business burnout from taking hold of you.
💛 Set your work hours. That includes scheduling in regular breaks. Hustling for 40-50 hours a week is not sustainable and in the long run, it will hurt your business.
💛 Maintain a regular flow of ideas – that means taking things in and putting things out. Simple as.
